Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-consulting services

Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-consulting services will be carried out as per the guidelines prescribed below:

World Bank assisted Tamil Nadu Sustainable Development Project (TNSUDP)

As per the Guidelines for Procurement of Goods, Works and Non consulting services under IBRD Loans & IDA credits by the World Bank Borrowers published on January 2011 and revised on July 2014 - Download Link from World Bank website.

KfW Bank assisted Sustainable Municipal Infrastructure Financing in Tamil Nadu-II-1 & 2 Program (SMIF-TN-II-1 & 2)

As per the Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-consulting services in Financial Cooperation with Partner Countries of KfWor the same may be complimented with the procurement procedures as prescribed under Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998, Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Rules, 2000 and Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders (Public Private Partnership Procurement) Rules, 2012 (amended up to date) as agreed with KfW - Download Link from KfW Bank Website and Government of Tamil Nadu Website.

Asian Development Bank assisted Tamil Nadu Urban Flagship Investment Program (TNUFIP)

Procurement of Consultants

Procurement procedures for the consultancy assignments shall be in accordance with the guidelines prescribed below:

World Bank assisted Tamil Nadu Sustainable Development Project (TNSUDP)

Consultants will be selected based on Guidelines for Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grants [July 2014] - Download Link from World Bank website.

KfW Bank assisted Sustainable Municipal Infrastructure Financing in Tamil Nadu II Part 2 Program (SMIF TN II P2)

Consultants will be selected based on Guidelines for the Assignment of Consultants in Financial Cooperation with Partner Countries [August 2016] - Download Link from KfW Bank Website.

Asian Development Bank assisted Tamil Nadu Urban Flagship Investment Program (TNUFIP)

Consultants will be selected based on Guidelines on The Use of Consultants by Asian Development Bank and Its Borrowers [March 2013] - Download Link from ADB Website.
